The Process
A simple, organized process designed to keep your project clear from inquiry to launch.
Step 1: Inquiry & Fit
You'll fill out a short inquiry form to help me learn more about your business, current website situation, goals, timeline, and budget.
If it feels like a good fit, I'll recommend the best option for your project.
Step 2: Recommendation & Booking
I'll send a project recommendation with the scope, starting investment, timeline, and next steps.
Projects are officially booked with a signed agreement and 50% deposit.
Step 3: Content, Access, & Build
You'll provide your website content, images, brand details, and contributor access to your website account.
For new builds, you'll create and own your Squarespace or Wix account, then invite me as contributor.
Once everything is ready, I'll begin building your site!
Step 4: Review, Final Payment, & Handoff
You'll review the site and send one consolidated round of feedback.
After revisions are complete, the remaining balance is due before launch support, final walkthrough materials, or final handoff.
What's NOT Included
Full Branding or Logo Design
My work focuses on website design, structure, layout, and content flow. Full brand identity systems, logo creation, and advanced brand strategy are not included unless quoted separately.
Advanced Custom Development
Complex custom coding, advanced membership sites, large-scale e-commerce builds, custom databases, and highly technical integrations are outside the standard project scope.
Ongoing Maintenance
Post-launch updates, regular content edits, troubleshooting, and ongoing website management are not included in the initial website project unless added separately.
Major Scope Changes
New pages, major structural changes, new offers, expanded integrations, or significant content shifts after the project begins may require a revised quote and timeline adjustment.

I primarily build on Squarespace and Wix. WordPress may be considered depending on the project scope, technical needs, and long-term maintenance plan. For all website projects, clients create and own their own platform account, subscription, domain, and billing. I'm added as a contributor or collaborator for the duration of the project.
